VoiceMail Pro 8.1 Not allow to save and make live

Hello all. I have a 9.1 IPO System running a 8.1 vm Pro on windows server 2012. (I had other issues upgrading the VM to 9.1 on this server, but that another issue for another thred.) When I log in to the Client , It shows that I'm logged in as Local. As soon as I make one change, the top right corner of the client displays "Backup Voicemail(Live)". The Save and make live button fade out. Could someone shed some light on this issue. Thanks!

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
