VOICEMAIL Pro 3.2 on Windows 7

Customer is using IPO 3.2 with VM Pro, before VM Pro was working on Windows XP,Currently the PC is crashed and customer wants to move the software ton Windows 7.
I have installed VM pro 3.2 on Windows 7 without any error and configured with IPO
Also configured all the required short codes, time profile and Incoming Call routes
but when we dial the configured short codes we are getting voice mail collect default message
its unable to fetch recorded files
please suggest solution for VM Pro to work with windows 7

You need to upgrade to 5.0 at least for windows 7 support.

3.2 is not supported on windows 7.
You could try to upgrade voicemail pro only.
