Can Callpilot voicemail handle different options? ie Pressing 1 to leave a message or 2 to be forwarded elsewhere (like a hunt group?)

Yes it can. You have to build an application and insert a menu block with 1 going to a block that express messages to a voicemail box and option 2 goes to a transfer block.

Thanks alot. How would the application be called instead of the regular voicemail message (which it currently does) when dialing my extension?

Appreciate it.

Instead of creating a mailbox with the users DN, create an SDN, tie that SDN to a Call Pilot application, build the user a mailbox with a different mailbox number.

You can also just use a normal Vmail box and use the Zero out Option and put in the DN you want it to go to.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.
