Voicemail on Shoretel 265 1

Good Afternoon,

I need to set up a voicemail for 1 extension. Is there a way to do this? if so please help! ASAP! :(

Just give the user an Ext/VM license in Director.

I'm sorry for all the questions but how do I do that?

In Director, Go to Users >> Individual Users. Find the user/phone you want to add voice mail too. Scroll down to the License Type: select Extension and Mailbox in the drop down. Scroll down further and select the Voice Mail server (if you have multiple) and then scroll down and create a Voice Mail Password (Check - Must Change On Next Login)
