I think I am relatively close to resolving this one but need a final push to get it up and running.
As the title suggests, I have voicemail Pro (V9) running on my Linux based app server and Contactstore running on a Windows machines on the same domain.
Using the FTP configuration options within VMPRO client and Solarwinds FTP client on the Windows machine, I am successfully transferring the recordings between the 2 servers. I can play these recordings back directly from the ContactStore server but when I search through ContactStore it can't see any of the recordings.
I suspect I have missed a step as in the destination folder of my FTP share, I can only see the big list of all the recordings in wav format and I suspect Contactstore has no way of reading these hence why I am not seeing anything when searching.
Any help would be appreciated with this.
