Voicemail not working

I have a 4 port NAM (on ext. 427,428,598,599). When calling a persons extension from outside the voicemail picks up and you can leave VM. When you dial the persons ext. the VM picks up but you never hear the persons message. You can f915 to check messsages fine. I rebooted the VM and I'm still having problems. Any help would be great.

Is this system wide? You can try to erase the person's mailbox and add it back in and see if this continues to work.
