When some users are trying to check voicemail, the system immediately starts playing the messages. Normally they would be given the time the message was left and also the number or name of the person who left the message.
Two of the numbers in question are both part of pickup groups but apart from that I don't think their is anything out of the ordinary about the setup.
Has anyone run into issues similar to this?
We are on Aura 10.1 and I use UC admin for voicemail control.
