I have an Avaya S8700 Release 13 (CM 3). I have one user that when a voicemail is left at her ext. the msg light will liight for approx 5 to 20 seconds then turn off. It will then move the message from un heard to saved. I have deleted the voicemail box and re added it back. I have also deleted and re added the station back. On the status station it shows the message light is on with audix. Has any one ever had this before? let me know if you have any ideas to fix this.
