One of our phones is showing the voicemail light "stuck" on. The user checked and indicated there are no new messages. I was thinking of deleting and recreating the voicemail box as a last resort. Are there any other things that could cause the light to be on besides a new message? Is it possible to delete all messages in a user's voicemail with the maintenance console without deleting and recreating the voicemail box?

Voicemail light stuck on (TVA200/NCP1000)

Go to the phone with the Stuck Message waiting light.
Press the Intercom button.
Dial * 7 0 0 plus the extension number of that phone.
The light should go out.
Other extensions (as well as the VM System) can also activate the Message Waiting light, usually in error.
