Voicemail Light not working

I have an Customer with an Ip Office 403 version 3.0(69) Yes it's old but it's working.
The voicemail light isn't connecting to the voicemail server. Voicemail light is running. Windows firewall is turned off. I also used the AvayaFW prog but still the voicemail light isn't working. Has anyone an idea?
 
Lite :) It can take a good few minutes to work, also the system needs pointing to the correct address :)

The Ip address is correct in the manager and I have rebooted the IPO. Still VM isn't working.
 
rebooted the server its on?

i had one yesterday. VM lite wouldnt start. ports on the PC had locked up. rebooted machine and now all good.

Did the customer tried to install VMPro and left it installed, and now you try to run the VM lite?

Most likely a M$ automatic update issue OR a network device with the same ip address.
I had once a customer with a new switch which only responded on tftp requests on the network and used the same ip address as the IP Office. Big fun but it took a full day to find the problem.
 
The problem is solved.

I reinstalled the voicemail Lite and after that everything is working ok.

The server is an 8 year old pentium 4. It's very slow but the voicemail is working!.

Tx everyone for you advise.
