voicemail light not lit after software rebuild

our S8400board was replaced, and we had to do a restore from an old backup... the phones are 9630s. users get voicemail, and can hit the message button to check voicemail, but the new message light is not lit. the audix extention is listed on the admin form for each station... what am I missing?

Did you try a clear amw all, and then leave a new message? The system thinks the lights already lit so it wont send the command to turn it on again.

I actually fixed this...we didnt put audix under audix name on the admin field...

are the stations set to "Qsig MWI" on the station form, page 2 under "MWI Served User Type:" should be "qsig-mwi"

check each station
