Voicemail Lamp Issue

Hi All,

On one of our customers systems when you press the message button to retrieve a Mailbox message you have to go through 3 key presses to get to voicemail?

You press the message button, you then get prompted for a call back message and then you have to confirm.

Any suggestions as to why it might be doing this?

We always use one programmable button to speed dial the VM hunt group and instruct users to press that button for voice mailbox access. This always works as expected without any surprises. We tell users that evelop button is for advanced messaging functions and they always bail out at that point
