Voicemail Issue

Hello,
I have one user that seems to be having problems with people leaving voicemails. She says she has tested it herself to see if it will leave a voicemail message but it does not. So she is worried other people might be trying to leave voicemail messages and they aren't coming thru. Everytime i have tested it though it seems to be working fine.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Or am i just losing my mind?

what version of manager?

I am not quite sure how to check the IPO version

on manager it says v3.1


voicemail pro is v3.0
 
you might want to consider making them both the same version.

it sounds like you might need to get someone that knows the IPO involved. I would contact a local Business Partner, or whoever installed it to have it upgraded. Where are you located?
 
when she tries to leave a message basically it says there is no voicemail message when she comes in the morning.
 
No, I think they want to know what the person leaving the message hears!

When you try to leave a message (do it now) what do you hear? Does it say her extension number or her greeting or something else?
