We use SX 200ICP and MiTel 4150 in frontdesks. In the after working time, when a caller calls our frontdesk, then the call is forwarded to night message, then forwarded to voicemail box to leaving a message. Then the caller hear that "Voicebox was full" and cannot leave any message.
I have checked the voicemail box, it is empty. I can leave a message by directly dialing the voicemail box.
Please help me to fix this problem. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
