Voicemail is full and cannot leave a message. But the voicebox is empty.

We use SX 200ICP and MiTel 4150 in frontdesks. In the after working time, when a caller calls our frontdesk, then the call is forwarded to night message, then forwarded to voicemail box to leaving a message. Then the caller hear that "Voicebox was full" and cannot leave any message.

I have checked the voicemail box, it is empty. I can leave a message by directly dialing the voicemail box.

Please help me to fix this problem. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

 
go to form 50 and view the mailboxes

look for any mailboxes that are full (such as Mailbox Zero)

In Form 50, MAX is 30. DEL, NEW, OLD are all empty.
