Voicemail in Hunt group night Service

When I put a huntgroup in nightservice and I have voicemail enabled, are the calls diverted to voicemail according to the help file in manager.
Is the voicemail answer time used or are the calls going to VM directly?

I have an customer where the calls doesn't go to VM when I put the huntgroup in night service.

Can you help me?
 
They will go straight to VM if no fallback is set, the group also needs to be the original target or it will follow the settings of the original target :)

I've just tested it whitout an overflow group and now it works.
 
its all about your timers.

play around with overflow and no answer timers and you will find it will work

remember - on v4+ the "rules" from your first target group follow through to the next, which includes voicemail.
