VM Pro 8.1.9008. A user plays a message and hear "voice call from" and then it never plays the header information. It immediately plays "to Listen, press 0". I've tried standard reboots and even upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1.9008. I've even did a complete removal and reload of the voicemail software. The issue still remains. Rebooted the phone system as a precaution. It's like the mailbox isn't receiving the callers info when they get to the mailbox or something. Anyone ever heard of this ?
