Voicemail for user does not pickup

Hi

I am an absolute newbie so any details on load numbers and commands will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Nortel Option 11c with Octel Voicemail.

I have a user whose phone does not go into voicemail after 4 rings. I am not sure where to look. If anyone can give me the commands and where to look, i will greatly appreciate it.

Use LD 20 to find the TN, then use LD 20 again to prt the TNB. Check to make sure in the cls the FNA and HTA are set, also check the FDN and the HUNT make sure that they are set to you vm ext

It seems like that the phone has not been configured properly.
When I prt the tnb I do not get all the options that you are showing.....

I have 3903 set.

I am not sure what the TN for my set would be ??

Also you list hunt 3301 (My voice mail is 4088 so does that mean I replace 3301 with 4088 here and also in the fdn??

And same with the Item KEY 10 to 4088 so it goes to voicemail??

I think JohnPoole was showing you an example from his own office, which is why he showed the hunt as 3301. If your voicemail DN is 4088 that's what you should use. to get the TN do what glynnmsg posted. that will give you the TN.

 
if he uses 3301, will my voice mail pickup?

Thanks everyone for these helpful posts. This was my very first time programming something on a Nortel switch.

The only thing that did not work was
Item KEY 10 to 4088 so it goes to voicemail??

It gave me a message SCH1359 after looking in the book it said that 3903 KEY 4 - 15 are reserved.

Anyways the hunting works, and the voicemail is picking up after 4 rings.

If you can let me know that if i should be configuring a different key. Or if how I can check a different set whose key is already configured??

key 10 is going to be a problem, if you can marp it on key 0 1 or 2, it will move, you lpk lhk will not follow commands past a feature key, so the cfa hta will not apply, you can put it on a soft set key 0 and fna that to mail, use a tn with the last digit 16-31 on the same line card adn marp it there
