Voicemail for someone wiithout a phone

I have an IP office system (406 with aux lines (16) and additional phones (16)) I am using voicemail pro, which is new ot me.

I need to provide voicemail for some people that do not have phones. Several persons sharing the same phone.

Would someone please give me a legup as to how I do this?

You could create the additional users, and use the logout shortcodes/put a logout button on the handset (depending on type) then simply switch the users between the handset as required (Hotdesking)

setup voicemail email for the user as well & remote voicemail access and they should be able to retrieve without having to be logged in
