Hi,

Can I pull a voice mail directly off the CP5.0 server? We do not have desktop messaging deployed. I have searched the server and not found any easily identified voice mail files.

No, not without desktop messaging/mycallpilot. VM files are save in a proprietary format (VBK). With DTM/mycallpilot - the vbk can be converted to .wav file

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? There may be a different way...

Hi

Thanks for the info. I just ended up finding a copy of desktop messaging for myself and it did the trick.
