Voicemail Failure

Morning everyone.

Yesterday at a location the Nortel Startalk Flash unit failed. In exploring the possibilities, can the users phone, if not answered after x number of rings, be directed to dial into another voicemail system at a remote location? I am not wanting to replace the voicemail, alternative plans are in the works but a few weeks away.

Let me restate what I am trying to find out how to do.

How do I take an extension on the Nortel Norstar and after x rings have it dial and external number to access another voicemail system?

When I am in the KSU browser tool, is this set under terminals and sets, under the specific DN (set number), capabilities, call forward? I have some knowledge of the Nortel, but not as good as it could be. The help is much appreciated.
