Voicemail Email

Hi,

I'm sure this question has been answer before in this forum, but the search engine is down . I need to use the voicemail email option for the voicemail. I entered all my SMTP server setting correctly but no email is send, I tested it, and I don't get any error from IP Office. What do I miss here.

Cherck details are filled in under control panel. VM PRO
Also check details are set to SMTP under VMPRO Client, Administration - Preferences - General then MAPI tab.

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACA - IP Telephony
ACS - IP Office Implement (Aug 30th)

Thanks guy, the problem was that I used version VMPRO 4.0.15, and a bug in this version grayed out the MAPI/SMTP option therefore I wasn't able to select the services that I needed. It was solve when I updated to version 4.0.18
