Voicemail changing messages location from C: to D:

I'm trying to rellocate voicemail pro on anothter drive on the same machine

I changed the voicemail server directory and the greetings directory under preference and directories in the voicemail client...

Greetings and root.vmp are on the new drive but when a user leaves a messages the file still goes to the C: drive, anything else i am missing ?

Try searching the registry for the directory those are ending up in and see if something else is still pointing at the C: drive..

Surely it would just be quicker to back up the necessary account folders, and then uninstall and reinstall the VM software?

i would agree with pepp. but if you need to do it your way, the keys are in the reg, i've had to change the VRL path before.
