Using VMPro I want to set up a menu which will take several hunt groups out of service and also have another option to bring them back in.

I have created several short codes i.e.

#91 200 sethutgroupoutofservice
#92 290 sethutgroupoutofservice

etc

I am trying to create 1 menu option which will call each short code in turn so 1 option disables the huntgroups and 1 enables the huntgroups.

Is this possible?

You can create shortcodes within the manager program of HuntGroupDisable and HuntGroupEnable, you can
then associate Different codes for each hunt group.

From your post I think that you are trying to turn all hunt groups off,is that correct? This is not based on a time schedule, right?

This can be done with some tricky VMPro and incoming call routing programming. It is necessary to know if the calls to the groups are operated directed or directly routed via VMPro. If the groups are manualy transfered, I cannot help. If the calls are pointed into the groups from a DID or an option in VM, then we can use the set user variable to adjust the statuts.

Reply with the clearifications please.

If you are a member of all the groups you want to OOS or Nite service then all you need is a generic OOS/Nite service button programed or the short code without specifying the group number, this will toggle all groups you are in to in or out of service
