Voicemail / Caller ID

First off, Thank you to all that have helped me thus far. I appreciate it!!

Any other ideas for the Caller ID not working. Avaya IP 406, with 5410 phones. Caller Display in Manager shows off and greyed out. Log shows that CLI is On from what i've been told. I have tried at 2 different locations with Caller ID service and not showing up

The phone system was donated to us. The license key for Voicemail Pro was included, however the software was not. Can anyone point me in a direction to download the Lite or Pro Voicemail
