Voicemail button key 16 gone 1

Somehow the voicemail feature key is gone on the subscribers phone. I tried re-applying in OTM but it errors out.

Now I have to go into the switch.

So....I remeber the I do need to login and identify a ld but don't remember the specifics to appending the key. I have my input/output guide. Can anybody help me with the commands to add the key back?

No. I go back to station admin in OTM and it still shows key 16 and nothing on it.

what about when you prt the set in CLI? I dunno, don't use OTM, or know about syncing it up, sorry. Someone will

I re-ran it and entered through this time.

phone was in use when you successfully changed it and it kicked the user off the set...no problem
