Voicemail Breakout

One of our customers asked us the following question.
Their main number routes to the reception, when busy going to VM of reception. Customer want callers who enter the VM box to breakout with 0 and enter the first letter of the person they wish to speak and they are given the name that fits and the caller chooses the person they wish to speak.
Is this possible with VMPro ? or is there another way to do this.

Sounds like dial by name.
The 0 out option should be sended to a shortcode pointing back to a module with dial by name in it.

Did a test with the VMPro, it works, just like the customer expected to work.
