Voicemail Box for auto attendant

Hi,

I want to set up a voicemail option as part of mt auto attendant option. Wherein callers from my main trunk can leave a message when the operator cant answer the call. That mailbox will be a common mailbox to all. Then, the operator can check for messages then send that message to the appropriate persons or extensions. Is it possible?

Thanks. Any other suggestions?
