Voicemail Beep 1

Hi Guys

Is there a way of configuring Beeps after a answer phone message? so I can say "leave me a message after the tone" and then it beeps? I have customers saying they don't know when to start talking?

Use voice question instead

The mc_00 should give a beep
That is a wav file which is just a beep so this should work fine.
You could use a voice question with the text, a beep and then a recording.

Hi Guys

quick question - this is working but after the recording it plays the default system recording on mailbox "There is no one available to take your call - please leave a message after the tone"

Is it possible to get rid of this?

Voice question does not do that, is that what you are using? How do you have it configured? (post a screenshot)

Yes no problem. I have the .wav file within the voice question then it goes to leave mail.

Yep, you've got it wrong. In the voice question specific tab you put the prompt/greeting you want to play (or you can put it in the entry prompt) then you click the little mic symbol to add a recording, you set the length in secs to record for and choose what mailbox to send the recording too, no need to link to the leave mail action
