Voicemail alert email to SMS

We have an IP Office 406 system. I would like to notify our users that a voicemail has been left via a SMS on their mobile phones.

The system can only send an email to alert the users. Is there anyway way to manipulate the email txt - so it can be used to email a sms Gateway like Clickatell?

If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it.

It is in the registry, search for Alchemy for pre 4.0 versions, later versions use Avaya as a key.
