Voicemail after hours

Hi everyone. Is there a way to setup voicemail so that it picks up only after our office is closed. I would want this option on only 4 phones. We have an Option 11c and use 2616 phones. Thanks.

i would have the users fna when leaving, unless your thinking of menu service, that you can route through a tod control in mail

I'm not sure what that means. I'm new to phone systems. This request is from VIP execs, so I wouldn't want to confuse them any more than we already do. Does this seem like it can be done?

You could have the VP's Forward their phone to voicemail after hours.

Do the VP's all have secretaries?

Do you just want the call to "ring and ring and ring" at the VP's desk during the day and NEVER go to Voicemail?

This is how it is currently setup. If it doesn't get answered after 4 rings, then it rings at another secretaries desk. So evently someone picks it up.

Hi, what John Poole was saying was that you can route to numbers (CL mailbox number) based on time of day off of the meridian mail system. The other way he mentioned was to program fna (forward no answer) to the mailbox. AJK

what software release are you running there is a way of doning this but you have to rls 24 or better
