Voice services Using a Media Card

Hi All,

Has anybody had the pleasure of using a Media Card to carry out Voice services for Symposium??

I have a CS1000S system, with symposium express. I am trying to use a Media Card for Voice Services messages. I have followed the NTP's on how to set up the Voice Services card but my agents are all logged out. Any Ideas??
 
Do you speak about VPS board? If so, i had a training on it few years ago but never had the "pleasure" to use it on customer site. If i remember well that board have to be registered in Symposium. Is it acquired?
 
I am using a Media Card to carry out the Voice Services, i think it is the new way of doing it instead of the usual voice services card.. I have aquired the IVR-ACD, and also all my ports for my agents on the CS100 are aquired, i just cant get them to log in!!

Sorry, don't remember it, but I had two of them do the same thing; I do remember they were both 2003 servers. If you are at the latest PEP level, I believe the patch is included if I remember correctly. This happened back in January......but I can tell you there is a fix!!

I have 2000 server for my secc, and it has SU15. the client has SU7. did you have these su do you remember? these are the latest on the nortel website..
