Hi everyone,

Right now, we're using Windstream (they bought out Paetec, our original provider) for our PRI. I was curious if anyone had recommendations for other companys to provide service. If you migrated from Windstream to a new service, and prefer the new service, I'd be very curious to know what you chose.

You can use almost any sip trunk provider to provide a PRI handoff at sip trunk costs

we do it, i know cable vision does as well. Depends what area you are located in.

If you are looking for true isdn pri, earthlink provides it (although almost every customer i have ever run into with earthlink has a major horror story)

We're near Baltimore, if that helps for specific recommendations.

Comcast Business has made dramatic improvements in their installation and product offering - we use Verizon, Cablevision (and Lightpath), and Comcast, as well as the resellers of Verizon, and Comcast Business is far and away the best of the bunch (if they're available in your customer's area.)

@mcplaty - since you're in our neighborhood - I'd HIGHLY recommend Quantum Internet and Telephone. They're a smallish CLEC serving the Baltimore LATA. We're an interconnect and many of our PBX customers use Quantum. We recommend them without reservation. Look them up at Mike
