Voice response and SMDR reports for Endeavor(ACS)

Hello,
1st question: Can an Endeavor processor send SMDR records and where can I get a Call detailing system like the old Legend reporter only for Partner?
2nd : Do you know of a voice response system that can work with the Partner End. or would we need to upgrade it to an ACS?

This is for a customer of mine that has a customer care center for the local utility. Only 4 lines and 8 sets on an Endeavor w/PMVS R5.0.

No SMDR on the Endeavor, and only the last 2 extension ports support ringing single line devices, such as an outboard voice response system.

Now for the rest of it. An upgrade to R6 or R8 is no problem really. I figured it would come to that, but what about the other items. I have been reading about the VeraSmart CAS but we want reports not call costing. It appears to have the reporting as well, just have never heard of it before. The VRS may be the stickler though. I have been installing Partners and Legends since day 1 and never have come across such a system for them.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
