Voice Recordings from 3.6 to 3.7

Hi Guys,

We are changing out a 3.6 BCM 200 to a 3.7 BCM 200. The database is being retyped by hand as we believe there could be corruption in the database.
Is there anyway we can move the auto attendant, voicemail greetings and messages from the 3.6 to the 3.7 system?
If so, where on the BCM are they kept?

For greetings and menu prompts, go into the prompt recording screen. At the bottom is an EXPORT button. Export as .wav file and save with a filename that allows you to remember what the file is. Import into same location on new system and you are done.

Messages can only be exported via Unified Messaging, but I know of no way to re-import them into the new system.
