Voice Recording

We have option 81c running 3.0 and call pilot 1.07. Is their a way to record voice conversations. We want to able to record callouts and call ins in one dep't, thier are 3 phones. Anything in call pilot or would we need a standalone eqip. Thanks

There is no functionality in CallPilot to record cals, as well as no functionality on the Opt 81. You will need a 3rd party product to record calls. Do a search I believe in the Witness forum someone recommends a fairly inexpensive soultion for recording calls.

As stated "You never quit learning until your dead." Then its to late GR8 recommend telebub. Think I'll play around with this one when time permits.
