Hello people
We have this problem. We try to record about 20 extensions. For a while (some times an hour, some times more, some times less) recordings work pretty well. But suddenly Voice Mail Pro doesn't record any more. Even though Auto Attendant messages and voice mail prompts still work.
We have an IPO 500v1, rls 8.1.91. Voice Mail Pro 8.1.97, running on a Windows 2008 R2 (over VM Ware).
This problem has been here for a long time (about a year), but it's getting worse.
Tried reinstalling Voice Mail. I installed with a Windows user which is a Domain Administrator.
Installed the debug viewer, what looks strange is the message that follows:

25/09 16:44:31.353 vmprov5s (28,2) 6f8, b10: TFileHandler::Open - Error 32 (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.) opening file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\UTI\ab74661706744ef7bf470f5ab8cd04f0.WAV".

25/09 16:44:31.359 vmprov5s (28,2) 6f8, af8: TFileHandler::Open - Error 32 (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.) opening file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts\UTI\16ac4226dca34ed1960f1d38f1a5ee1d.WAV".

The message repeats a lot of times, for each wav file in the folder.
All suggestions are wellcome.
Thanks in advance.
