Voice Recording Displays incomplete Info.

Need help,
I have CS 1000M (61C)with on going installation of ATIS VC-MDx voice recording. Voice quality recording from analogue, digital, or IP tel.sets is 99.9 ok. The problem is , the information shows only called party or calling party sometimes blank.

Should the MLS Pkg. be enabled in CS 1000M, to solve this issue?

Make sure your Vendor can config against MLS, sometimes Recording is configured w/o MLS as a B/U solution to an System w/ MLS. This way if Symposium or MLS drops, recording is continued on the system that does not rely on MLS and has just the info in your post on purpose.
