Call diverts to voice mail, VM prompts are heard, user setup recorded greeting or name is never heard.I leave a test message and hang up, log in, VM prompts are heard, press 1 to listen, silence for the duration of the message. VM prompts come back on for delete or save, etc. ??? I've installed many VM's and never had this happen. I can't say that anymore. Thanks for a wake up call.

Try to register an IP-phone on one of the VMGEP; extensions to see if you can dial -in and out, and that your speechway exists.
(This issue could end up in a re-installation of your server.)

Yes doktor there is speech patch using VM port as IP extension.
