Voice Quality i2050 in ACD

I have an OPT81C with Symposium 4.2 and several IP phones/ soft phones. I have a user complaining that the voice quality is bad only on ACD calls.

Any suggestions?

first (and easiest) thing I would try is to improve your jitter buffer. Open Nortel's configuration tool on the PC that has the softphone. Go to the 'Select Sound Devices' tab. Bump your Audio Quality adjustment up. We moved ours from 2 up to 4 and noticed a big improvement.
