I have symposium and call pilot.
I cant remember how to configure voice messages in symposium using call pilot.
My issue is how do i get the symposium to look at the correct voice message in call pilot.
I know its done by files and ids in callpilot but i cant remember.
Please help

Are you trying to use GiveIVR or ACCESS? If it is GiveIVR, then in the script you will use GIVE IVR XXXX WITH TREATMENT YYYY, where XXXX is the Q that your IVR ports are programmed in, and YYYY is the SDN number in your SDN table that you have associated with that Announcement application. ACCESS is a different process. Do you want detailed instructions? If you post your email, I will send you a document (with pictures in it, yeah!).

Setup a test script with CDN,

OPEN VOICE SESSION "ACDN"
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT "variable name"
END VOICE SESSION

Create a global variable, click on Attributes tab, from the drop down menu, click on voice segement, english is normally the default language, what ever you saved the voice segment in call pilot example "Voice_Prompt:1"
The "1" is the voice file ID! add and save....

Hope this helps,

Killian
