Voice problem b/w IP and Analog phone

At a customer i got a voice problem b/w ip and analog phone .
Description : IPO 500 v2 , VCM 32 , COMBO CARD , phone 30 unit, 1616L ip phone
version : 9.0.3
Septs which done from my side :
(1)change vcm card
(2)change vcm card slot
(3)recreate the sd card
(4)change the codec of ipo 500 v2 and select the g711a
(5)remove the direct media path of all ip extn

any suggestion is appreciate

hi,
problem is when we try to call b/w ip and analog phone , the voice is Tx from analog phone but not Tx from ip phone.
while ip to ip phone calling is proper

I assume that the same IP phone can do external calls without issues.
