voice ports not acquired

I have a symposium 4.02 06 with callpilot release 02.01.27
In symposium the voice ports will not acquire.
These are listed as callpilot TNs in the Meridian.
I keep getting acquired failure when i try to acquire in Symposium.
How can I acquire these.

Do you have them defined as AST? Do you have both a valid ELAN and (important) a CLAN connection?

Also make sure that you have SECU=YES on both VAS ID for SCCS and Callpilot.

Sorry for the confusion.
The system is installed up and running.
The voice ports were acquired but now we are unable to re acquire.

Print one of the CP ports out and see how it is acquired. It should show by TN, AST DN and AST POSID. If you don't see that... I would disable the ports in CP, stop the MSLM, VSM and MAS Link Handler Port 2 in the SCCS. Restart those services and turn up the CP.
