I am confused about the Voice Networking Licenses

Is there a base license now? Or just the one license that is the base and the adds-4 license?

For voice networking only one license exsists : 4 channel voice networking
buying 1 license enables SCN with 4 simultanous calls between sites
Adding licenses increases the number of simultanous calls with 4 per license

did some test lately and found out that the license are only used for outgoing calls!

Should have mentioned that the lics only count for outgoing, I think that is a common rule for lines i guess.
never checked if it also counts for SIP or ISDN PRI lines.
