i have purchased a new BCM 50 system and i want to know how can i prograame my voice message in this system????Do i need to connect call piolet with this or this system has any builtin function?please guide me on this Thank You

how can i block user to dial number starting with zero digit??????????

Programming of the BCM requires Element Manager software and Callpilot programming is done via Internet Browser.
Restricting digits is done using Restriction Filters and applying them to lines or sets.

Suggest you get some administration training.
Manuals can be located by entering the IP address of the BCM into your web browser.
