I have an option 11C with Meridian Mail. I just set up an ACDN to recieve incoming traffic from a DID. It uses NCFW to forward to Mer Mail. I setup a voice menu in Mer Mail to direct the inbound calls to different departments. When you call the ACDN you get to the voice menu just fine. The problem is that you only hear the greeting, not the voice menu options. Pressing one of the options during the greeting will cause the call to end. Pressing nothing makes it revert to the attendant console. I get the same result if I call the extension from inside the building or I dial it from an outside line. Why can't I hear and use the voice menu options?
