Our staff has been forwarding me voicemails that are jumpy/skipping so information is missing. Usually it is only a 1/2 second to a second but it happens alot during the caller's return phone number. Anyone have any thoughts? Anymore info that would help?

Thanks

I have an issue with Voicemail Pro 7.0(35) doing something similar. It is doing this with greetings and prompts. It doesn't matter if it is a pre-recorded greeting or a system prompt. It has done this on two different Windows VM Pro servers.

When in doubt, just keep upgrading! LOL :)

given the machine hosting VM Pro a reboot?

I have had the same problem. I found the PC was stalling and needed to add memory to the motherboard.

One machine has 2GB, the other has 8GB. We've tried both 7.0(32) and 7.0(35) now with the same issue.

Try 7.0.28

But i have seen issues where the VMPro client was running while a message was recorded.
This caused to stall the whole server although it looked like everything else went fine.
It sounds a bit like this issue.
So did you leave the client running on the server?
If yes then don't and try again.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Installing 7.0(32) on another machine fixed the issue.
