We have a problem in voice mailbox (we use SX200 and Mitel 5220 phone).

When a caller is forwarded to the called's voice mailbox. After the greeting, the caller sometimes heard that "You are being transferred to 5. The mailbox is full". Then the caller can not leave messages. It happens sometimes, not always.

I tested that if after the greeting, if the caller press key '5', the caller can centainly hear "You are being transferred to 5. The mailbox is full". Our problem is that after greeting, if the caller doesn't press any key, the caller can sometimes hear that recording and can not leave messages.

I have no ideas why it happens. Hope to have your suggestions to lead to a solution. Thanks.

Still about above issue. Is it possible that it happens because there are two callers calling the called simultaneously, and the voice mailbox can only handle one call at one time?

Thank dryaquaman for your tips. I have had the greeting recorded. And I'll test a few days to see, then feedback here.

No about simultaneous callers

Definitely due to digit tone being recorded
