Voice Mail

Hi All,

I work at a hospital in Southern Ca. we have an old Option 61C on Succession 3.0 which took a major power fault yesterday have most of phone system back working but we had an old stand a lone AVAST voice mail that did not survive. I know they no long make this product and while we are in the process of replacing the entire phone system with a more modern VOIP system that process will be a lengthy one. Was wondering if anyone might know of another stand a lone voice mail system we might be able to purchase in the interim, the old system was integrated with digital sets but we could also go T1/PRI,any thoughts would be appreciated.

My initial thoughts are to use a Call Pilot system. I can't see why that shouldn't work. Release 4.0 onwards are OK. It comes in different sizes but I think the 201i model should do OK.

Thanks Firebird will take a look, was not still working with the systems when Call Pilot came out,does it need to be tied to our serial number or do I need any licensing as I don't believe we will be able to get either done at this point? Appreciate you taking the time to respond, have a good week.

You are going to need a lot to add a Call Pilot to an existing PBX on that release that may have never had a Call Pilot before. It may not even be doable with the licenses you will need and probably cant get.

Thanks for the feed back KCFLHRC,that's kind of what I was thinking as well. We'll keep looking to see what we may be able to come with.
