Hello,
Two weeks ago we installed an IPO R8.1.56, with the UC module for VM Pro. I am having an issue where I can not get a VM Transfer short-code to work properly. I have tried every possible combination that I can think of, including mimicking previous installs where I KNOW it works. For example one of my other installs, I have the following:
SC: #1xxx
Feature: Voice Mail Collect
Telephone Number: "#"1N
If I pick up a system phone and dial #1010, I hear approximately one ring and then I hear the greeting for extension 1010.
When I try to use the same logic on the UC Module, 90% of my short codes take me to Log-In("Welcome to IP Office...for help at anytime, press *H....please enter extension and pound sign") as opposed to the users mail box. Once or twice, I was able to press one of my codes and it doesn't take me to log-in rather the voice mail box of the CALLER....not the destination. For example, if I lift extension 1111 and dial #1113, I hear the ring and then I go to mailbox for extension 1111, not 1113, as intended. Just wondering if since this is the UC module that something was different with this feature. This was my first UC Module install. As always, thanks in advance.
